Home.
I always enjoy when bloggers post 'tours' of their homes!
Unfortunately I decided to do this about five minutes after I'd emptied the contents of my bag all over the floor to find a piece of paper with some notes scrawled on it. Always the way! So instead of a proper tour I thought I'd take some shots of random things so you could get a feel for the place.

I realised that I started this blog and never did a proper introduction post. So I thought I’d do one now!
Okay... where so I start... I’m Lauren. Lolo to some.
Things I enjoy daydreaming about; being a millionaire living on the French Riviera in the 20s, how amazing it would've been to be friends with Joan Vollmer - all writing, trips to Mexico and volcanos, gin and benzedrine, hot summer nights in the 1940s American South.
I like; reading, writing, talking, photography, making magic in the darkroom, polaroids, being passionate about things, philosophy, explorers, Naval history, dancing, dancing barefoot, dancing on tables, sloe gin, cocktails, cheese, cats, music, bright lights, rainy streets, big city, big hair, travelling, live music, black, leather, American Apparel, politics, beaches, sun, bare legs, old films, Bette Davis, Tennessee Williams, tattoos, Ryan Adams, bluegrass, alt country music, Hunter S Thompson, large bodies of water, boats, tall trees, new ideas, new people, getting crafty, using my hands, making things.
I am; always learning, trying to be a better person, trying to think more about the bigger picture.
