I took all these photos while travelling from Amsterdam to Berlin by train.
Travelling that far by train was such a nice change. It was so relaxing compared to flying! I would definitely do it again and would recommend it to anyone. I took my camera with me, a good book and I had my laptop so I could watch some Game of Thrones. It was great to just sit back in the super comfy seats and watch the scenery change out the window. There was an amazing cafe car too. I had orange juice, a croissant and scrambled eggs for breakfast!
These photos give such a strong impression of traveling, and are so gorgeously autumnal. Awesome.
ReplyDeleteTravel by train is my favourite too - airports involve so much waiting around and being herded, whereas taking the train feels somehow more romantic and relaxed.
ooh lovely. I love trains though I think ive only been on 1 or 2 in the past 15 years or so. We used to ride them a lot when I grew up in England.

Great photos. Train travel is brilliant. Next time you do a long train trip, I recommend reading 'Murder on the Orient Express'. I did it from Venice to Paris and it was a fun read.
